Bel Furniture in Houston. I orderd furniture and it came with one of the doors on the hutch that stuck and I couldn't open it without bringing down the hutch around my head. I waited two weeks for a 'special order item'. Now they keep telling me that the replacement will be delivered and I'm still waiting. What I failed to read was the 'fine print' WHERE IT SAYS 'NO RETURNS' ON ANY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT THEIR STORE. How could I have been so naive. What I would really like to do is return the furniture. I'm so frustrated. What can I do. I did pay with a credit card, is there somethng that can be done?
