being lied to about holiday

hi we booked a holiday with my travel to gran carniries,we were told it was a 3 star hotel,found out it was a 1 star,we asked for a two bedroom and got 1.and i told them i was 4months pregnant so they can put us right near the pool area so i dont have to walk up any hills,as you know its very steep.and over looking the sea which was a lie again.
