Be Kind to Senior Citizens

'AMERICA WAKE UP! BE KIND TO OLD PEOPLE!!!I get irritated and annoyed when I see and hear of people being disrespectful to Senior Citizens, as if they will be young forever and have NO foresight on how they would like to be treated when they get old and gray. In fact, America needs a big paradigm shift of how we view our Seniors. They should be highly respected and honored for the mere fact that they have experienced much more life than we 'younger' folk, and most have great wisdom to offer. Most of them have contributed to society in good ways, let alone providing for their children and grandchildren with compassion, hardwork, and integrity fast disappearing from our culture. They have paid their dues and put up with all of life's junk (the stuff we complain about now in day to day living), and are coming towards the end of life on this earth as we know it. Wouldn't you like to be treated with respect, compassion and loving kindness when you are old, graying, wrinkled, slow, disabled, lonely, poor, scared? DON'T BE FOOLED!! UNLESS YOU DIE YOUNG, YOU WILL BE A SENIOR CITIZEN ONE DAY SO WISE UP AND START TREATING OUR SENIORS LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!! Be kind to ALL people, and Pay it forward with our Seniors. If you agree with this....speak out about this and stand up for them if you witness injustice and disrespect for them.'
