we bought a expensive bath suite from bathstore.com and their sales effort was top class. the bath was installed and since then the acrilic bath (plastic bath) has cracked, we contacted them and they really didnt want to know us!!! we have a 2 month old baby and this has been very stressful time. we have had to go here there and everywhere for showers and think this is no way to treat your customers... avoid if you possibly can!
