I tried placing an order on bathandbodyworks.com and their seems to be a problem with their shopping cart. You cant add certain products or if you add one and then add another it takes the first one out! I tried contacting Customer Service and they only send a 'canned' response that I tried ordering products that are no longer available. That reply makes no sense as Im trying to order new products. I wrote back again and asked specific questions and another rep sent the same 'canned' response! Do they have morons working there or what???? They dont read and dont respond properly!
