why do high street banks blame clearing banks for losing ypour cheque, leave it in credit on your account, then eight weeks later take the money away and leave your account in debit surely with so few people writing cheque now it shouldn't take two/three months to discover a cheque is missing. The more technology we have the more banks get confused and nobody messes with the big banks - so little man you have to sort it out yourself!!
