Made an appointment,month later no show.Called to find out what happened Said had an emergency & could not get to a phone.Lie #1, they did not put us on their schedule & lie #2, had cell on belt.Original call was to service heater & check for sticking 'set' buttons.In the past they chg'd 75 to clean unit.This time I get a bill for 112.44..23.25, for button assem., 12.50 for mileage, 1.69 tax.. $75.00 for labor to install buttons & DID NOT GET THE UNIT CLEANED. He wanted 75.00 MORE to clean it, because he said they discontinud #1....A month later,called & rescheduled.Said they had another appt. & couldnt get to a phone they did notput us on the schedule,then had to call
