Awkward situation

Two weeks ago I had a one night stand with a guy I met in a bar. It was great, best sex I've had in a long time. Last week, was my first day at my new job and when the manager that hired me was introducing me to the other managers, he was one of them. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I know he recognizes me. I keep having dreams about that night. Every time I see him I can't help but think about that night.
