I purchase a Apple IPOD for my daughter in December for Christmas, and the LCD screen has gone bad. I purchased the IPod direct from Apple online, and Apple customer service dept. stated 'the LCD screens do not go bad unless my daughter damaged it. I check the web and Apple have had so many problems and criticism from customers on the LCD screens. I want people to be aware that Apple would not look at the LCD screen and I am out of $300.00. I have not had any luck with Apple and the customer service dept. should go to training on how to work with customers.
