i think aol is a big con. you pay for a service but if you have a problem you cannot get through to any help line without waiting on the phone for a minimum of 40 minutes at 7.5 pence a minute. and then get through to a call centre in another country who will not understand what you are talking about. and then puts you on hold until you give up and put the phone down. what a bloody sham.
