Letter to CEO I am appalled that American Express would allow the collecting of funds for a company break New Jersey Law by the scalping tickets. I really expected more from such a great company as American Express. More upsetting is that a letter I wrote on my wife's behalf the answer came in the form of a phone call by Ruith F. Spencer, Ms Spencer initiated a deal in which AE paid $100. Dollars and my wife the balance of $82.55 for tickets that were illegally sold in New Jersey! See her confirmation letter enclosed. Ms Spencer also expressed a wish to not speak with me! I request that this matter be looked into by you. In spite of American Expresses interest in committing a crime by allowing the breaking of laws and abandonment of its valued clients to con artist, we will not partake and feel that we should not be penalized. We seek flair and just treatment in this matter along with compensation for over 5 hour of phone calls and letters in an effort to resolved this matter in a just and fair matter. If compensation is not forthcoming then I have no choose but to write consumer advocates, newspapers, 7 on your side and other avenues to obtain just and fair treatment. Please address all phone calls and correspondence to myself, on my wife's behalf I act as council in this matter. In closing I would like to point out that this has cost your company at least a thousand dollars in 800 number fees and disputes,
