I get phone calls all day at the business I work to sell advertising over the internet. Do not advertise with Smartpages.com. There staff is very rude. I asked to be sent information and they automatically signed me up and billed me. I called several times to explain to them I only wanted to get information they said they got verbal confirmation. I tried to explain to Melissa Banks, the company rep, and she was rude everytime and said I still have to pay whether I want the advertising or not.
