A decade old sin

For almost a decade i have hidden the sin of masturbation from my friends, family and loved one. Though over the past few years I have been able to find control over this sin it just keeps coming again, like a cancer that does not seem to heal. For ten years I have carried this guilt never confessing it anyone. I feel embarrassed and dejected in life. However yet I have a firm hope of change and a new beginning.

it is exactly similar to maintaining proper diet. A battle of carnal needs againsta proper behavior.its easier for some then it is for others.
