16 year old addicted to OTC medication

I am 16 years old but I also am addicted to taking medication . Specifically medication with acetaminophen . As you may know , it is a pain killer . I take excessive amounts of acetaminophen at a time . Not because im trying to get rid of a body ache or kill myself .. if anything im trying to live . Mentally I’ve been in pain for about 2 years . I have overdosed before . Many times to be honest but never anymore than 6000 MG a day . Of course I would vomit profusely the next morning but I wouldn’t actually feel any sort of pain . I could die I know .. I almost have but it is the only thing that can treat my pain . I feel actually happy when I take it , like im not alone .. like I can live .. like I am myself . Being as I am 15 and remotely small , doing this will harm me . But if it can make me happy , that’s okay . Personally I would be fine with dying but that is not what I want . I want to be free , happy , loved , and myself .

Take the medicines as per the instructions of doctor.
