06 expedition highway speed vibration

my 2006 eddie bower expedition has only 2700 miles vibration is out of control. curently in n.h. arbitration court. so far three families have come forward need to hear more about other parties issues with ford motors and drive train and tiers . i have been told that best ford nashua n.h. changed 47 continantal 17 inch tires to find a matched set to try to remedy the problem to no avail.
