02 rip offs

02 charged me for incoming text messages which I was constantly on the phone to them to get them stopped. When they finally did they wanted over 180.00 pound. I disputed that and eventually they agreed to a smaller payment which I paid in full. Then they forgot I paid it so they defaulted me.I looked into this they sent me a fax to appolagise but still forget to send it to my credit file and it is still showing an outstanding balance which has stopped me from getting a mortgage. 02 owe me 69.00 I have over oaid. the fax says they sent the cheque ou, I have sitll not got it. I am ringing them every day the person I need is always in a meeting and will ring me back she never does. Even 1 of the operators rang me the other day to ask if her team leader had rang me back because she felt sorry for me, I still have not received my cheque and they still have not deleted the account from my file, they still don't return my calls I have written to them 3 times they ignore me. What more can I do?
