They are so crap with their customers, i just lately paid my bill then they said that i hadnt as, when i rang up to pay over the phone it said it didnt work twice. Then i told them and they said that i had to pay again so i did and two weeks later they realise that i did pay it and now i've been charged from my bank because they messed up with taking money out. This isn't the first time either as it happened the same not too long ago aswell. When i do ring up to complain to them they just send me round to speak to different people and its all just a waste of time. Don't go with 02 for contract as they are crap!!!
