I ordered a toy from the ELC online, i paid by card online. Item came i was happy.Then a week later the ELC took another 110.00pounds out of my account and sent me the same item.I did not authorise this ammount.I sent item back 3 weeks later still no refund.(im still waiting for refund)Customer services really bad.
