My younger brother likes to play dress up with two cousins who are girls of the same age as him (14). They dress him up in their clothes and now he loves wearing tights all the time or so he told me when I confronted him about this shit not long ago. he probably wears them for you. So you can see him in them. Did you notice if he had underwear on under them? I got a kick out of doing that when I was that age.
