Yes, I wear diapers. I don't need the medically, nor do I want to need them medically. I do, however, find great comfort and security in getting home from work, strapping on a diaper and grabbing a big bottle of water. I wear them in public sometimes, too. Most of the time, when I do, they'll be used by the time I get home (not in the stinky way, I do have my limits). It's also quite fun going to a movie, getting a big drink, and not having to worry about missing any parts of the film! I take great care to make sure they stay hidden. It's my secret, after all.

i'm in UK, i wear diapers too for my comfort, security and pleasure, most of my family and friends know i wear them, it's no big deal
