Yamaha Lemon

I purchased a 15 HP 4 stroke Yamaha outboard motor 3 years ago. It has never run right and now the dealer tells me the block is cracked. He wants $1250.00 to fix the motor I paid %2500.00 for. I would never buy anything with the name Yamaha on it again. I have not run but 3 tanks of gas in it.
