How would you like to be shut out of your email account even though you've had it for about 10 years, always the same ID and password. You're a LOL who, last week found it wouldn't open. After a week of emails back and forth with the 'Help' dept.(NO HELP!), got no where. I have all my contacts, bills, finances, socializing, travel, questions on there and they are GONE! I wake up at 4AM enraged, helpless.
