I want to complain about www.thinkvacuum.com, a store located in Florida, USA. I was looking to order parts for my vacuum cleaner and they were not only extremely unhelpful, when I told them i was planning to place a large order and if they could please listen to my specific questions, they litterally told me they were not going to 'kiss my arse' just because i was placing a large order! can you believe this? Such a remark is coming from one of the employees of their toll-free service...he continued and told me to go somewhere else and that they didn't want my business. I am really shocked by such a behaviour and asked to speak to management...but the salesperson just laughed at me and said he wouldn't let me speak to management. I have thought to write an email of complaint to them, but I know that it will probably arrive in the hands of this sales person, which would consequently delete it and therefore, my complaint would never reach management and such a rude sales-person will just continue with their obnoxious behaviour unnoticed. This is one of the backdrafts of the online business boom, i suppose. Sales people might be in a call-centre miles ahead and therefore difficult to track and they can just be rude to customers and get away with it. It's really disgusting!
