Wrongly addressed web site

Greenwood Menswear have moved 3 years ago and changed their number, but unfortunatly they are unable to alter or remove their web site address. The new number now causes many calls comeing through to my number, it seems strange that their highly trained highly paid IT department cannot sort this problem out. What does that say for the Quality of their goods.
