Wrong Stones from Gowan Gallery

We recently commissioned an eternity ring from the Gowan Gallery in Sawbridgeworth, Essex. We visited 3 times to select stones for the ring, however the final product does not contain at least on of the selected stones. Obviously this is our word against the jewellers, and they clain the product is correct - strange then that the proprietor refused to speak to me when I collected the ring - maybe a sign of a guilty conscience. Also that they refuse to look at it because it will damage the setting - don't want to be proved wrong!! Avoid the Gowan Gallery at all costs - it was a very expensive mistake for us.
