
Wrong part sent

Daewoo Electronics Division sent me the wrong remote control. They said that within two days someone would call - I waited two days and called, and they said 'well, I meant about two days' It has now been five days. The parts department says the problem mush be remedied by Corporate, and there is no way to reach them.. 'Even we in parts can not reach them - don't know their phone.'
