wrong food

Would like to give some heads a shake in them fast food restaurants. Never get the order right, i mean how simple is it to understand no cheese!I nearly choked to death on one of their burgers , my face went pink and i couldn't breath. this is what cheese does to me. When i told the manager, he offered me a refund and a new meal. He personaly took care of the new meal and amazingly he to put cheese on the burger!! Please help!!!!!!!!
