Wow motorcycles

I recently purchased a used motorcycle from Wow motorcycles in Marietta, Ga. I trusted them when they told me that the bike was in good running condition.The first day the bike stranded my girlfriend and I on the side of the road. I took the bike back the very next day and one of the mech. test drove it and said it did the same thing it did to him as it did to me. Instead of kepping the bike there and fixing it they told me to ride it knowing it could very dangerous and to let them know what happens next time. Well the bike continued to do the same thing on and on I called everyday tring to get the bike running right.The day after I bought it they did not even offer to come pick us up of the side of the road.I just broke my wrist and have roadrash from the bike not braking and making me hit another van. It would make it right it Wow would just pay for my hospital bills and my tickets. What do you think?
