Wounded spirit, body, mind, soul

I confess that I have not followed Jesus Christ, whom I believe is the Son of God that died for my sins, very closely. Although I thought I did. God is doing a work inside of me to lance the infections of my spirit, my mind, my body, and my soul. I want to follow His example and to love God with all my heart, body, mind, and soul and to love my neighbor as myself (this is where the lancing comes in as I must not truly love myself.
