Never told us that our airline tickets would only be issued 2 weeks prior to flight. They only told us after we had paid our deposit, and then the full amount two weeks later (6 months before flying) that they had a block booking with the airline and only once all the tickets are sold can they start issuing tickets which will be 2 weeks prior. When we asked what happens if they don't sell them all, we heard various stories. The manager was rude, the consultants were rude, obnoxious and outright lazy. The only time we ever heard back from them was when they asked if we had paid the money. They kept telling us it is their company policy to issue tickets 2 weeks prior, however we were never told that and only after we had paid in full did we get an invoice with that printed on the back.I will never use HOLIDAYMOODS again and I suggest nobody else does either.
