Poor TV repair customer in Houston: Chaparral Electronics (I10/Beltway) in Houston -- poor customer service! 1) they stored my tv for repair in a Budget rental truck; 2)the owner hung up on me three times; 3) the other owner hinted that the part on order for my tv just might get lost by UPS further delaying my repair since I complained to Circuit City corp office. They have 17 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. Wonder why!!!
