Worse Service ever

Phone World in Shireland Street Birmingham. This company sells orange contracts for companies only not personal. I did not know this and took a mobile contract giving just the first line of my company where i work to make it look legit (normally they think of a company name from the top of their head and produce a contract so orange dont find out). It work on cash back wher you sent the bill and they send the cheque.THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE CASH BACK THEY MISLEAD YOU SAYING: 1 NOT RECEIVED YOUR BILL 2)THEY HAVE SENT YOU A CHEQUE 3)WILL TRANSFER THE MONEY INTO THE ACCOUNT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APOORLING - SO YOU CAN NOT COMPLAIN IT A FAMILY BUSINESS. THEY LIE ONE AFTER ANOTHER. IF YOU GO WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE ALOT OF CHASING FOR YOUR MONEY SO BE AWARE!!!
