this is my first dealing with NORIEGA STREET CLEANERS at 1711 Noriega st San Francisco, CA 94116 over the sunset district the onwer of this cleaner is LINDA an asian woman that is very unprofessional, careless and irresponsible owner of this cleaner. My mother gave this beautiful faNCY EXPENSIVE RAINCOAT FROM NORSDTROM . FOUR WEEKS AGO I BROUGHT MY RAINCOAT TO BE DRYCLEAN AND SHE WROTE MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER ON THE SLIP RECEIPT AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN FOUR DAYS LATER I CAME BACK FIVE DAYS LATER AND JUST TO BE ABLE TO FIND PARKING ON HER STORE I WENT AROUND FOUR TIMES THE BLOCK. IT IS EXTREMELY VERY HARD TO FIND PARKING ON HER BLOCK. WHEN SHE SAW ME SHE TOLD ME THAt the never brought my raincoat. she apologize for it and I told her it took me 20 minutes to find parking to come to her cleaners. I asked why she never call me that my raincoat never arrived so I could have not come I ASKED HER WHY IT WAS NOT READY WHEN I CAME MUCH LATER TO PICK UP MY COAT. SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN TWO DAYS TO PICK IT UP. TWO DAYS LATER i CAME BACK AND MY RAINCOAT WAS NOT DRYCLEAN AT ALL I EVEN SMELLED MY OWN PERFUME AROUND THE NECK OF THE RAINCOAT. i TOLD HER I WILL NOT PAY UNTIL IT IS CLEAN AND I WAITED TWO WEEKS AND I NEEDDED MY RAINCOAT SHE NEVER APOLOGYZE TO ME AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN FOUR DAYS LATER AGAIN THIS WILL BE MY SECOND AND HALF WEEK DEALING WITH HER ABOUT MY RAINCOAT. i WENT TO PICK UP MY RAINCOAT FOUR DAYS LATER ON THE THIRD WEEK AND MY RAINCOAT WAS CLEAN THIS TIME BUT MY RAINCOAT BELT WAS MISSING. SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT DRYCLEANED MY RAINCOAT I TOLD HER That i was dealing with her not them and i asked how long she has been in this drycleaning business and that she might need some help inspecting her items or maybe turn off her t.v and concentrate on her business a lot more. i refused to take my raincoat without my belt she told me she will call me today to find out where is my belt i left her store at 10am in the morning she never called the whole day i live in san francisco is not long distance at all. I called her the following day asking her why she never called and she replied to me ' my people can not not find your belt SHE SAID TO ME WHAT I WANT HER TO DO IT IS L O S T. i TOLD HER PAY ME BACK SHE ONLY RETURNED TO ME $6.00 FOR MY BELT. SHE CHARGED ME FOR CLEANING MY RAINCOAT $ 13.00. THIS IS MY THIRD AND HALF WEEK DEALING WITH THIS linda ABOUT MY RAINCOAT. ON THE DAY I WENT TO GET FINALLY MY RAINCOAT WITHOUT MY BELT IT WAS THE SECOND rainy day in s.f she gave me $6.00 and my coat without a plastic bag I looked at her and told her we both know it is raining right now plus i have never been in a drycleaner where they do not put a platic bag over clean clothes when ' she was putting the plastic clear bag over my raincoat I noticed four four of my raincoat bottoms with a much lighter colors and only the top real bottom that my raincoat came with when it was purchase with it. I was so mad I could not believed my eyes this was alreay the four week dealing with this asian linda owner woman of this cleaners she said it was imposible . I told her this was my own raincoat and this bottoms were placed by her people and i did not bring my raincoat with this bottoms she looked at it and admitted that the only real bottom on my raincoat left was the first one dark brown and that the cream different bottoms did not belong to my raincoat. she told me to go home and she will call me after she gets an explanation of my raincoat from her peoole days passed by and she never called me . i can not wear my new raincoat it has no belt and it has in front one dark bottom the real bottom and four cream awfull bottoms . THIS WAS MY FIRST EVER DRYCLEAN GIVEN TO MY BIRTHDAY gift my new raincoat. if anyone READS MY COMPLAIN TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN NOT TO EVER BRING THEIR CLOTHES TO THIS DRYCLEANER I WILL GIVE MY RAINCOAT TO THE CHURCH SO THEY CAN GIVE IT TO A NEEDED HOMELESS. IT TOOK ME ONE MONTH DEALING WITH THIS LINDA ASIAN GREEDY UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN. ONE DAY SHE WILL MEET SOMEONE THAT IS NOT AS NICE LIKE ME AND THAT PERSON MIGHT TAKE HER TO SMALL CLAIMS I WOULD NOT WAIST MY TIME DOING THAT BECAUSE WHAT COMES AROUND COMES BACK TO YOU. INSTEAD I WILL DONATE MY FANCY NEW RAINCOAT TO THE CHURCH FOR A NEEDED LADY IN THIS COLD WINTER OF SAN FRANCISCO., !!!!!!!!!! i JUST Want people to be aware of this very bad awfull drycleaner so they will not have to go to what i went dealing with this 'NORIEGA STREET CLEANERS i WISH I KNEW OF THE PHONE NUMBER OF PLACE WHERE I CAN REPORT HER SO SHE AND HER CLEANERS WILL BE ON THE BOOK OF BAD CLEANERS SOMETHING AS THE WORSE PLACES NOT TO GO TO IN SAN FRANCISCO.
