I work with the most stuck up people. I am expected to do everything our customer service manager is supposed to do and not get paid for it. I was passed up for the position because she is the best friend of the office manager. They are always gossiping about their personal lives. The CSM is always on the phone with personal business and when it's time for her work to be done....'oops, I have to go. Can you finish this for me? I can't get overtime so I have to leave now, but this has to be done today!' This is so messed up. I can't quit because I need this job.
