Work problems

I work in the Walmart Supercenter in Bessemer, the manager is so rude and so are his employees. Everyone always looks so sad. My biggest complaint is there are no ballooms to be seen flying anywhere. This is due to the racks that should have been installed during the re-doing of the store. I know the manager is aware of this but will do nothing. The ballooms are in the back where they will never be seen so how can they be sold. It makes no sense to me. I wish someone would do something about this manager.
