I work at chilis in louisiana and we just got a new general manager! But the problem is...No one likes him! There is only 8 or 9 people that are still with chilis since it opened 2 years ago, and those people are considering leaving because the job atmosphere totally changed and there is no longer 'Fun' at work! People used to look forward to coming to work and now they dont even like to! What do you do..before everyone quits?
