women have more rights

i have been going through the courts for the last eight years trying to get a clean break from my exwife , the courts ordered she pay me x amount of money and she just keeps ignoring the courts and getting away with it . It seems the civil courts are a total waste of time they have no powers at all i wonder if it were the other way around maybe i would have been locked up after just one contempt of court .
