I would like every one to know that taking a windjammer cruise although a good overall vacation is a place that you can get ripped off. They do not provide the services that they advertise in their literature. I took a crusie and was promised the ability to scuba dive every day and that equipment would be available to use at a set price not only was the equipment not there for use since they did not have the master diver on board the ship he was on vacation. The ships activities director setup dives for all the scuba qualifies divers but we had to pay well above the cost set when we booked our vacations and were told to take it up with home office after the vacation when we returned from the British Virgin Islands. Windjammer offered me a crabby credit to use on another cruise, this could be used to buy clothes or any other items sold on the boat if I took another sail with them. False Advertising and a rip off.
