I purchased new 2005 Avalon Toyota April 2005. Reported several things wrong in about 2000 miles, all have been fixed except excessive wind noise. 18,000 miles now and cannot drive car over 45mph.Service department standard answer is, 'customers complaint cannot be duplicated' After complaining to customers relations manager apparently contact to service department has been terminated . Two fax, and four phone calls for service appointments have gone unanswered.costs $41,000. customer relations manager offered me $25,000, $16,000 loss in fourteen months.$1000 minimum loss per month for fourteen months .Does this dealership care?
