Wild Blue owes me $299.99 for internet equipment that was returned to them. I was told I would receive it in a month, then 6 weeks, now 8 weeks. Their FREE 30 day trial offer is actually going to cost $79. I would have cancelled within the first 2 weeks due to exceptionally slow speed, cut-offs, and lack of customer service knowledge, but I was told I would be charged $79; since I was already paying for the FREE $79 30 day trial offer, I kept it for 29 days. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Complaints and whoever else I can get to deal with them. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get my account straightened out, but still no $299 refund has been received.
