WEnt to WIckes lumber co in Coldwater, OH to purchase flat roofing materials. They carried Certainteed products but had no knowledge how to install it or what materials to tell a customer what he needs to use this product. I called a Certainteed distributor who said they should know this information is following up on this problem. He advised me to use the stick back roof they sell instead of the torch roof they sell. I had to go back since this Certainteed distributor told me when I had to make a third trip back to this supply co when they did not tell me I needed and adhesive for the edges. They did not carry this item... How can they sell this roofing product when they do not have all the items needed for a customer to have to do the job?? Also, not knowing how to have this product installed.
