purchased a mattress set from Wickes in Merrilleville, indiana on november 2005. Spent over 1900.00 for this set from Sealy. It has the removable mattress pad that you can wash in your washer. Stitching is coming apart after 3 washings. Was told by Wickes that mattress was under warranty and that they would replace it. They sent out their guys with camera's to take pics of bed. Long story short, they will NOT REPLACE it because they claim that the mattress is soiled. It was delivered to our home, in November, with one of their own delivery men dropped in outside and soiled a little corner. NOW, THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT BECAUSE the mattress set must not have any stains on it!!! They explained to me that the warranty became null and void the minute that incident occured, even though it was their own people that did it. LESSON TO BE LEARNED, IF YOUR FURNITURE IS DROPPED, SOILED, BROKEN, OR STEPPED ON, REJECT THE DELIVERY ON IT. THANKS WICKES, FOR YOUR FALSE WARRANTIES
