Consential incest should be legal. There are no valid reasons against it. Some listed are: 1 Religion. People of religion should not dictate to others. That is worst than incest. 2 It is said that congenital defext risks increase. That is sometimes true but so do the chances of increased beauty and intellgence - Cleopatra for example. In cases in which one or both parties use contraceptives, or cannot have children. Reason 2 is obviously invalid. People with congentital defects, such as heart disease or blindness. will certainly pass the defect on. Should they be imprisoned and barred from marriage. In several counries, including Argentina, Australia, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey, India, and Israel, incest between consenting adults is legal.

If the Pope and his child-molesting and abusing priests and nuns are considered worthy of respect, then so too should consensual incest partners. After all, the latter hurt no one. If a priest needes sex then let him use a nun.

Yes, consensual incest should be legal. For example, my mom had a hysterectomy and thus can't get pregnant anymore. What harm is there if she and I have sex? I can cum inside her all I want and she won't get pregnant. Why should that be illegal?

I agree. I also believe the age of consent should be lowered from 16 to 13. Girls today are learning about their bodies by 8 yo, and are learning about sex by 10. Thirteen year old girls know more about sex today then a 16yo did 10 years ago. And if a 13yo girl is already willing to have sex with a boy ( which they are ) then boys shouldnt have to worry about a BS date rape charge that ruins their lives.
