Why are stupid people so smug?

Yesterday a stupid woman was stopped in the middle of the road seemingly to make a left-hand turn, however she decided to just stay there and chat on her cell phone. As I sat there behind her and noticed that she was neither waiting for traffic and her car had not broken down I gave a whimpy little beep so she would notice that she was holding up traffic and to GO AHEAD AND TURN ALREADY YOU INCONSIDERATE #@&^%#@. The dear lady switched the hand holding the phone and with no appearant gap in her conversation flipped ME off, gave me a dirty look then finally made her turn. If anyone wonders why there is so much road rage around please give me a call. I'll take it on my cell phone.
