Whistblower Guilt

Last week at work I became the whistle blower. Some workers have been making away with some of the inventory. Sure, it was a lowly paid work and the working conditions were hard. We often complain and some of the people stealing from the company justified their behavior by saying they are underpaid. Well, the manager threatened to let everyone go and I know how hard it is to get another job. So, I sent him an e-mail from a friend’s address, telling me everything; the who , the what and the when. They’ve suspended the workers doing the stealing but I still feel guilty and working condition hasn’t improved.

You ass licker !!!. Nothings changed because they are not interested in what you have to say you dickhead. Your just a low paid worker in their eyes. You have also just fucked yourself up because when the staff come back to work from investigation (they will not get fired because you sent a fucking e-mail only and have no fucking witnesses to back up your claim) you will be pointed out as the culprit. Your life at work will be shit. You will be made to be looked upon as a shit stirer and they will say you stole the stuff, backing each other up. You're a fucking stupid you asshole. Do you really think the company fucking care what you think. If they did then changes would have be made. Clearly your Bosses could also be corrupt could they not ? Did you not think of that. What if there all suspects cleared? Then you have made yourself look like a right cunt for nothing. If an aquited employee sues the company, they will let you go because they will have to cover it all up saying that it was amalicious staff memeber....in the end. Fucking no wonder you are on shit pay. Rule fucking one. Mind your own fucking business until you run your own business !!! Idiot !!!

You did the right thing and its not always the easiest path. Long and short, you still have your job and you said it yourself, you need it! Keep looking for a new job in the meantime.
