depends on the type of person you are, if you are not mentally or emotionally ready then he needs to wait, if he can't he's not mature for a relationship in general and just wants to mess around. Besides, he's most likely no even the guy you wanna be with for even a long time, or vice versa so just tell him straight up if you're not ready.
