What creates racism?

When those saying something is racist, and then those same people using racist terms to convey their thoughts. Ex: "That cracker got off only cuz he's not black. His jury was racist, and now those cracker ass bitches need to die!" This is what makes me really think "nigger" when I see ya'll hood-rat looking people. Pull your pants up, along with your IQ's, otherwise you will always be deemed a nigger. MLK would be ashamed of what ya'll have done to the black community.
