What are We Waiting For

I was at the Wendy's at my neighborhood shopping mall. This was around 3pm in the afternoon on a weekday. When I cam up to the service counter I notice that the caisher that was taking the order had disappeared. I looked around for at least 3-5 minutes when another team member stated that the cashier had went into the bathroom and the customers had to wait. I replied 'Why we are all ready to order our food and would like some service. The staff member repeated and said that they had nothing ot do with that and proceeded to make sandwhiches. Customer's became angry and stated that they would not be back to this store ever again. The manager than came out from out the back of the store and went out the front door without saying anything to the customers has to why no one was waited on. I was in total disgust and left the restaurant.
