my xbox 360 is junk..it froze up and is now at their service department and has been for over 2 weeks. Im still waiting for them to send another...I had only had it less than 6 months. First of all they lie to you oh it will only be a 3 day service repair you should have it sent in and another shipped back to you in a weeks time...wrong I was prompt with sending it out as soon as I received the box to ship it in...now they have had it at the service dept for 2 weeks and still have not shipped another one to me....which will not be a new one it will be a refurbished one..and you have to pay 140.00 to get the refurbished one...after spending all that money for a piece of junk atlas you pay them again...if you get upset with them you may get that 140 discounted just a tad.What a joke...good system when it decides to work for you...check out the lawsuit against microsoft because of this problem....it may go class action.Started by a man in Illinois.Trust me this issue is much more wide spread than microsoft would like to lead on......
