I would like to complain about Wendy's policy of having to go back through the order line in order to get a refill of your drink. When on your lunch hour, you don't have time to wait in the line. You can go to any fast food restaurant and have access to refills. This sound trivial but it is very time-consuming when you don't have the time. Thanks for listening.
